1. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not upload, publish or transmit content, or use the Platform, in any way that:
- Violates any law, regulation, court order or third-party right (including intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or contractual rights).
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes self-harm, terrorism or violent extremism.
- Misrepresents your identity, affiliation, qualifications, location, business ownership or merchant status.
- Constitutes "fake review" or "shilling" activity, including writing, soliciting or paying for reviews that do not reflect a genuine, recent first-hand experience; reviewing your own business or a competitor; or exchanging reviews for compensation that is not disclosed.
- Manipulates or attempts to manipulate rankings, search results, recommendations, leaderboards, prediction outcomes, scratch results, referrals, rewards or coupon usage, including through scripts, emulators, multi-accounting, click farms, VPN abuse or rooted/jailbroken devices.
- Resells, transfers, scalps or commercially exploits vouchers, gift cards, tickets, bookings or rewards without our prior written authorization.
- Probes, scans, tests or attempts to circumvent the security, authentication, RLS, rate limits or other controls of the Platform.
- Introduces malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, worms, logic bombs or other harmful code, or interferes with the integrity or performance of the Platform.
- Scrapes, crawls, harvests, indexes or otherwise copies content from the Platform without our prior written consent, except for permitted public search-engine indexing within the limits of our robots.txt.
- Reverse-engineers, decompiles, disassembles or otherwise attempts to derive the source code, models, weights or training data of the Platform, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Sends spam, phishing, unsolicited commercial messages or any communication that violates CASL.
2. Merchants, taskers and creators
- You must hold all licences, permits, registrations, insurance and tax registrations required to operate your business in your jurisdiction.
- You must honour every published offer, voucher, gift card and booking on the terms presented to the buyer, including the paid value after the promotional period in accordance with the BC Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.
- You must not list prohibited or restricted items, including but not limited to: weapons, tobacco, vaping products, cannabis (outside provincially licensed channels), controlled substances, prescription drugs, live animals, counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, regulated financial or investment products, gambling, escort or sexually-explicit services, recalled items, or anything otherwise unlawful in British Columbia.
- You must respond promptly to refund, cancellation and dispute requests in line with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
3. Enforcement
We may, without notice and at our sole discretion, remove content, restrict features, hold or withhold payouts, reverse rewards, suspend or terminate accounts, and refer matters to law-enforcement or regulators. Repeated or material violations will result in permanent termination and forfeiture of any accrued balances to the extent permitted by law.
